What time is check-in and check-out? Is early check-in and late check-out avaiable?

Check-in time is guaranteed by 3pm PST and check-out time is 12pm PST. Early check-in is based on availability, and a late check-out fee may apply past 12pm PST.

What is required to check-in? Can I store my luggage?

A valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Luggage may be safely and securely stored prior to check-in or after check-out.

What type of credit cards are accepted? Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?

Major credit cards are accepted, and a valid method of payment is required to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will be authorized for incidentals at check-in. A hold of $100/day will be held for incidentals.

Can a third party pay for my reservation?

Yes, a third party can pay for your reservation. Third party billing must be done in advance, we do not accept same day third party billing.

What happens if i damage the guest room?

Guests are responsible for any damages to the guest room.
